Silver Sands is a villa like no other in our collection. Inspired by its ocean-scape surroundings, the stunning architecture of this home thoughtfully integrates natural stone and wood elements into the home’s contemporary living spaces, allowing guests to feel they are part of the natural, Caribbean environment. The result is a vacation home that is equal parts inviting, luxurious and peaceful. Silver Sands sits on 200 ft of beach front in Thompson Cove on Provo’s north shore, away from the more commercially developed Grace Bay, allowing guests a tranquil oceanside retreat. The home boasts a state of the art gym pavilion with stunning ocean views, and an adjacent illuminated Padel Court and basketball hoop. Combined with an adjoining private massage room, guests can immerse themselves in wellness activities during their stay. The outside areas of the home offer large covered decks with plenty of opportunities for dining, entertaining and relaxing. The main floor decks are complete with a dedicated BBQ grilling space, an al fresco dining area, and lounging furniture. A spiral staircase leads to an elevated 3rd floor terrace – a perfect location for stargazing. At beach level, guests will find multiple relaxation areas, a fire pit, and a heated stainless steel swimming pool. An underwater Reef Ball shore break, just a short swim or paddle from waters edge, offers shallow snorkelling with ample opportunities to see tropical fish and turtles. Water toys including kayaks and paddle boards are available. The Silver Sands staff who reside at the onsite facilities are ready to cater to guests needs and deliver an unforgettable Caribbean stay. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due. Please note that there is a 12% tax applicable to any additional goods or services provided during your stay. This includes fees for extra amenities such as air conditioning, pool heating, butler service, cleaning, and any other services or goods you may request during your stay.
