Come and enjoy our peaceful cocoon of 17 square meter, ideal for couples or singles. Our beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps from the Montparnasse train station. You will be less than 30 minutes away by foot from the Eiffel Tower. The main room is bright and welcoming. The living room becomes a bedroom if you lower the foldaway bed from the ceiling. The room is perfectly arranged to maximize space, offering both a sitting area and a comfortable kitchen eventhough it is only 17sqm. The small, colorful kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, removable hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster). Our studio has a pull-out bed that descends from the ceiling. You can easily transform your living room into a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
