This work includes removing damaged concrete, cleaning and protecting exposed rebar, applying high-strength grout, and repainting repaired areas. Guests may experience intermittent construction activity during their stay. The en suite setup makes it a peaceful and private retreat. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and ceiling fan and is conveniently located next to a full guest bathroom. The loft bedroom offers two XL twin beds, ocean views, and a half bathroom, making it a great option for additional guests. The twin beds may be converted to a king upon request and for an additional fee. Additional in-condo conveniences include Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and one assigned parking space.
