Although the apartment is accessed via the front door on the ground floor, it's important to note that there are six steps leading up to the entrance. However, guests with mobility issues need not worry about accessing the pool area, as they can easily use the lift to reach the shopping complex without encountering any steps. The terrace, which is elevated, is thoughtfully furnished with a patio table and chairs featuring soft cushions, as well as a recliner chair. Additionally, there is a sun awning to provide shade, and a tall fridge/freezer for your convenience. Stepping through the patio doors, you'll find yourself in the tastefully decorated lounge area. The cream L-shaped sofa bed, adorned with contrasting cushions and throws, along with an accompanying armchair, create an inviting and cozy space. The lounge also features a coffee table, wooden units, and a flat-screen TV offering a variety of English and international satellite channels. For added comfort, a side table with a lamp is provided. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including an oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob, an extractor fan, a fridge, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need in this well-appointed kitchen. The bedroom area offers two comfortable single beds, accompanied by a bedside table and two bedside lights. A ceiling fan ensures a pleasant temperature, and there's ample storage space with a chest of drawers and wardrobes. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin, a WC, and even a washing machine, providing guests with the convenience of doing laundry during their stay. Please note that there is a final cleaning fee of 80 euros, payable in cash upon arrival if not paid in advance. Linen and towels are provided for your comfort, and if desired, there is an optional linen/towel change available for 8 euros per person. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, and if you wish, an additional cleaning service can be arranged for 12 euros per hour.
