In the master bedroom there is a Queen size bed as well as flatscreen TV, en-suite full bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or singles featuring 2 Twin beds and access to a full bathroom right outside the door. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The Summit complex offers terrific amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground covered garage parking avoids any shoveling on those snowy days. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex.and comes with one assigned garage parking space.
