When you’re not out exploring, take advantage of the community facilities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and a BBQ grill. Lettered spaces are first-come, first-served when available. • Laundry: A communal washer and dryer are available in the complex/building. • Community amenities: The pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym are communal. Hours and availability may vary and are managed by the HOA. • Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please do not bring pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of pets is found. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
