Welcome to Neptune's Nook! A pet friendly luxury beach house offering two levels of living space, four large private bedrooms with TVs in all each, four gorgeous ensuite full bathrooms, a modern, chef's kitchen, a spacious dining and living area, a half guest bath in the main living area, a private outdoor patio for grilling, and a shared pool with a gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Beach access is located just across the street, and we offer a variety of beach equipment. This is truly the ultimate beach house experience! Neptune’s Nook is designed for both comfort and privacy, with two spacious levels that make it perfect for groups of up to 11 guests. Well-behaved furry friends are welcome, too! Enjoy the dock for fishing, dolphin watching, or simply relaxing by the water. Boat slips and trailer parking are available upon request—please inquire before booking. Guest Responsibility: Once the starter pack supplies are used, guests must provide their own items. What’s Not Included: Snacks 🍪, coffee ☕, spices 🌶️, and oils are not provided—please pack these items accordingly. 🏖️ Beach Equipment & Grill Usage Beach Equipment: Some beach equipment is available for guest use—enjoy the convenience during your stay. Grill Propane: Guests must supply propane for the grill. If there’s some left in the tank when you arrive, feel free to use it. Propane can be easily purchased at Ace Hardware, located just up the road. 🔞 Booking Requirement Age Restriction: Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
