The large island seats 6 with ocean views, perfect for meals and gathering. 🛋️ Living & Comfort • Open living area with a sleeper sofa, reclining chairs, and a smart TV with cable • Private oceanfront balcony with seating and panoramic views • Smart TVs, cable, and fast Wi-Fi, plus a laptop-friendly workspace • Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer • Room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, and extra pillows and blankets • Fresh linens and bath towels for every guest • Starter supplies, including paper products, toilet paper, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please review the parking photos before booking. • The covered space has a 6.5-foot clearance, so taller vehicles won't fit, and there's no alternate parking on-site. • A parking pass is provided in the condo. Please display it in your vehicle at all times. • The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorcycles, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized or commercial vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. ▶︎ Stairs • The condo is on the 2nd floor, with 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. ▶︎ Age Requirement • Long Bay Dunes HOA requires the primary guest to be 23 or older. ▶︎ Pool • The oceanfront pool is open from 9 AM to 10 PM. There's no lifeguard on duty, and children 13 and under must be with an adult. No glass or alcohol in the pool area. ▶︎ Security Cameras • There's a Ring doorbell camera outside the front door, facing the hallway. There are no cameras inside the condo. ▶︎ Pest Control • Routine pest control is scheduled on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The HOA requires access for this service, so the technician may enter during your stay. ▶︎ Privately Managed • This condo is privately owned and managed by our local team. We're available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
