Start your mornings with coffee on the covered ocean-view balcony, then head out to the pools or the beach. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements • Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, Roku TV, and ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo • Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed, an additional twin bed, and Roku TV • Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper • Full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo 🍳 Kitchen & Dining A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, ice maker, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. ▶︎ Guard-Gated Resort • At the guard gate, show a valid photo ID that matches the reservation and share your unit number, gate code, and stay dates. We'll send everything you need before arrival. If your reservation details need updating, message us before arrival. ▶︎ Parking • Parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles in Myrtle Beach Resort lots only. Parking passes are purchased from the resort at the guard gate and expire at 10 AM on your check-out day. Please keep passes displayed at all times. • The resort doesn't allow bicycles, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, campers, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized (over 72") or commercial vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. • The 10 MPH speed limit is enforced by Horry County Police. • Parking is first-come, first-served during peak times like holidays, summer weekends, and major events. ▶︎ Age Requirement • The primary guest must be 23 or older. ▶︎ Pets • Myrtle Beach Resort is a pet-free property. Service animals are welcome. Please message us before arrival so we can help coordinate with the resort. ▶︎ Security Cameras • Myrtle Beach Resort has security cameras and security staff in non-private areas, including hallways, elevators, and amenity spaces, and Horry County Police patrol the property. There are no cameras inside the condo. ▶︎ Pest Control • Routine preventative pest control is done monthly and may happen during your stay. ▶︎ Beach Rules • Horry County beach rules apply, including umbrella and tent size limits, hours, no glass, and no fires. ▶︎ Privately Managed • This condo is privately owned and managed by our local team, so resort staff can't help with reservations or condo access. We're available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
