Please keep both parking passes displayed in your vehicles at all times. • The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorcycles, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized or commercial vehicles on the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. ▶︎ Age Requirement • The HOA requires the primary guest to be 21 or older. ▶︎ Security Cameras • There are security cameras in the building's main hallways. There are no cameras inside the condo. ▶︎ Pest Control • Routine HOA pest control is the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Please allow access for the scheduled service. ▶︎ Privately Managed • We're a local, hands-on team available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
