There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—providing a total of 6 beds. The home includes internet service and SmartTVs, plus cable channel lineup, and several entertainment apps. Guests can use their private logins to access entertainment apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Ideal for family getaways or couples' retreats. Additional notable features: No air conditioning. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed. Keyless entry for convenience. The homeowners' association heats the swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, while the spa remains heated year-round.
