Every inch of the cottage was remodeled with state of the art appliances, views from the entire main living area & kitchen, and a large bathroom with pedestal sink & a charming claw foot tub/shower combo. Plenty of off street parking, a large deck on which you may take in the views and a patio with fire pit allow you to live comfortably inside and out. With the beach only a half block away, it's literally your backyard! The house is 100 ft from the beach! Monthly rentals available: October, November, January-May. Rental period begins on 1st of month. Hold over days are nightly seasonal rate.
