Honoring Austin’s live music heritage and beloved artistic quirkiness, this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 9 and is decked out with everything you need for a fun and far-out stay. Featuring an extra-large movie projector screen, bold wallpaper, funky and comfortable furniture, high ceilings, and ample outdoor space to enjoy the fire pit and yard games, you’ll love every minute of your stay. And you’ll be steps away from everything that makes Austin the coolest place to visit! As you approach Hacienda SoCo, you’re greeted by a large, fenced front lawn, complete with a fire pit and chairs to relax in while enjoying a cold beverage. Inside, you’ll find a vibe-y living room with glam wallpaper, where you can listen to the album collection on the record player, or watch movies on the huge projector screen. The jungle-themed half bath is off the foyer, and the dining room is just beyond, next to the fully stocked kitchen with coffee station for your morning joe. Upstairs, three peaceful bedrooms await, including a king suite with a twin daybed and a large remodeled en-suite bathroom, and two queen bedrooms (check out the handsy wallpaper!). Off the downstairs screened-in porch, you’ll find a fourth bedroom with a full bed and desk. All beds have luxury Helix mattresses and extra-soft hotel-quality sheets. OUTDOOR LIVING: Discover the outdoor paradise of Hacienda SoCo, featuring a screened patio with comfy furniture—a perfect place to sip your coffee and people-watch in the morning. HIGHLIGHTED AMENITIES: So Close to SoCo: 3-minute walk to South Congress and Mary Street intersection Pet-Friendly: If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Outdoor Patio Space: Spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxation, hanging by the fire pit, or simply enjoying the SoCo neighborhood. Firewood is not provided. Please remember to bring your own firewood to use the fire pit. Propane BBQ Grill: Ideal for grilling enthusiasts looking to cook up delicious meals in the great outdoors. PARKING: There is driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking is also available on the street in front of the house. THINGS TO NOTE: The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Strictly no smoking and absolutely no events or parties to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please respect our neighbors.
