Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind on the outdoor patios, or cool off in the private pool. Stay active with the indoor gym or shoot hoops on the basketball court. With a large backyard, washer/dryer, and parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay in Austin! (Please note the pool is not heated. The upper part is an extension of the pool and not a hot tub.) Our home is 3 blocks away from the famous Congress Avenue in Austin, TX. Beyond the comforts of our home, you'll find yourself situated to explore all that Austin has to offer. Our location grants you easy access to the city's renowned attractions, live music venues, eclectic dining scene, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're here for the music festivals, the delicious barbecue, or the vibrant arts scene, you'll be just a stone's throw away from it all. Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, FCM Homes Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment. HOUSE RULES: - Occupancy [ 8 ] - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. - Smoking is NOT allowed. - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Garage is not available. There is free parking on the driveway for a maximum of 4 vehicles. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Please do not bring any grills or outdoor fire hazards at property. Fees may apply for damages. - Parties or events are NOT allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. - For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. - Please feel free to take out the trash and place in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle! Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins. - The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesdays for this property. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. - There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes only. Please do not tamper with them. Pool Rules: - The pool is not heated. - Please do not tamper with the pool equipment. Fees may apply. - Outdoor pool should be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. - No glass or food is allowed around the pool area. Fees may apply. - Please keep the gates closed at all times for water safety. - For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
