Porta Fortuna is one of Punta Mita’s most exclusive oceanfront communities, known for its privacy, security, and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Banderas Bay. Please note the method of payment available is via wire transfer only. In Addition a one night refundable security deposit required. Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. A 50% refund of the total rent applies if cancellation takes place between 29 and 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 15 calendar days shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed.
