Overlooking the 7th and 8th fairways of the Jack Nicklaus Bahía Golf Course, 7Eight is a collection of luxury residences designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living, with spacious terraces and private plunge pools. A security deposit equivalent to $1,500 US or $30,000 MXN is required as a pre-authorization hold on the guest’s credit card upon arrival Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. 3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. ✣ This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests.
