Pacifico C409 is a beautiful third-floor condo with panoramic ocean views in Pacifico, a newly renovated condominium community near Playas del Coco. Pacifico provides guests with resort-style amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool and access to a high-end beach club. This 1,650 sq. ft. condo features a spacious, open-concept living area, furnished with tropical artwork and decor. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and loveseat, a wooden coffee table, and a TV, and sits next to a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that opens onto a covered balcony. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table with four chairs and offers some of the best views in Pacifico of the lush hillsides and sparkling ocean surrounding Playas del Coco. The kitchen includes high-end wood cabinets and drawers, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. The well-lit kitchen and dining space includes a glass-top dining table with six seats and a breakfast bar that can seat four. The unit also includes a half bathroom next to the kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a closet, and the third bedroom includes two twin-sized beds and a closet. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The three-bedroom unit can sleep six guests. As a guest at Pacifico C409, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security. You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club. This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and maid service upon request. This condo comes with a garage for one vehicle and a designated parking spot for another vehicle and can be accessed via a staircase, as there is no elevator in the building. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies. There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave!
