Welcome to Pacifico L211, a beautifully designed two-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of the exclusive Pacifico resort community in Playas del Coco. This second-floor retreat blends modern luxury with tropical charm, offering all the comforts of home within a five-star resort setting. The open-concept living area features two plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining area perfect for family meals or evening gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed for at-home cooking and entertaining. A washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV add everyday convenience to this bright and welcoming space. Step outside onto the oversized terrace and enjoy views of the shimmering pool surrounded by lush gardens. With morning sun and afternoon shade, it’s the perfect spot for coffee, cocktails, or simply relaxing in the peaceful Pacifico atmosphere. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with separate his-and-hers vanities, providing ample space and privacy. The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located just outside the door - ideal for two couples or small families traveling together. Families with young children will appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout, including a portable crib, high chair, safety railing, stroller, potty seat, and children’s dishes and toys, making this unit exceptionally family-friendly. Please note: Pacifico L211 is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only - there are no elevators in this building. Guests with mobility considerations should plan accordingly. As a guest at Pacifico L211, you’ll have access to the community’s world-class amenities, including four resort-style swimming pools with jacuzzis, a poolside restaurant and bar, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness center. The lushly landscaped grounds and gated 24/7 security create a serene and safe environment throughout your stay. Guests also enjoy access to the Pacifico Beach Club, available for $35 per adult per day (with $25 credited back toward food and drink). The Beach Club has two oceanfront infinity pools, shaded cabanas, towel service, fine dining at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and stunning views of the Pacific. A complimentary shuttle runs between the condo and the Beach Club for added convenience. Pet-friendly policy We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Start with the centerpiece “lazy river” swimming pool, which meanders in curves through the middle of the development. Here you can order a light lunch and cocktails from the poolside Piña Shack bar and grill, with breakfast served on weekends. If you’re not feeling “lazy,” join an aquarobics workout in the pool. Hit the Longev gym in the Village Shops at Pacifico (for a fee) to exercise on state-of-the-art equipment. The club is right on Coco Beach, a picturesque crescent bookended by green headlands, with sailboats and fishing boats bobbing in the warm water. Here you can order cocktails, lunch or dinner from the Blu Bar. Fine dining indoors or out is also offered by Alma Santa, an elegant restaurant featuring Latin cuisine. Try the octopus carpaccio, ribeye steak or eggplant gratin while sipping a Centenario pineapple cocktail. Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases) Weekly events at the Pacifico Beach Club include live music, food and drink specials and children’s activities. This is also an excellent venue for special events, including weddings. The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back. Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies. There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave! Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
