Whether you're here to boat, beach comb or simply relax, this home offers the perfect escape with a 30 ft. dock on a deep water canal—ideal for launching your Florida Keys adventures. Enjoy shaded lounging beneath the elevated home or head up to the spacious upper deck to soak in the sun, sea breeze and peaceful water views. Inside, the open-concept living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and two full-size sleeper sofas—great for families or larger groups. The primary suite includes a queen bed, bunk bed, and a private ensuite bath. A second bedroom offers another queen bed and an additional set of bunk beds, providing comfortable accommodations for everyone. You'll also enjoy plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat trailer, plus there's a bait freezer & fish cleaning table for your fishing trips. You're just minutes from Marathon's top attractions, restaurants and grocery stores—making this the perfect home base for your Keys getaway. Rent bikes, paddle boards or kayaks right here locally and have them delivered and picked up right from your home! Close to sombrero beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock.
