Private Dockage The 40' private dock (up to 50’ of dockage space) is perfect for boating enthusiasts. The quick trip through the canal to Sister Creek gives you instant access to world-class fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving in the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys. Dock Amenities include a fish cleaning station, wash-down hose, ladder access, electrical power, and a bait freezer under the carport. Relaxing Accommodations Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 4 beautifully designed bedrooms: Master Suite: This suite has a king bed, TV, dresser, closet, walk-in tile shower, and sliding glass doors to the porch with stunning canal views. Junior Master: King bed, TV, dresser, closet, and private walk-in shower. Queen Room: Queen bed, TV, dresser, and closet. Bunkroom (The Manatee Room): One twin bunk bed + twin-over-full bunk, TV, dresser, and closet. The adjacent third bathroom features a bathtub—perfect for the little ones. Sheets, bath, and pool towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable are all included for your convenience. Modern Living Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.
