This unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft. The lower level has a full size kitchen, bathroom, and the master bedroom with a King bed. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace. The upper level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a second bathroom, and a queen pull out in the loft area. There is a coin op laundry facility located in this complex. There is also a clubhouse that offers a ping pong table, pool table, a nice sitting area for relaxing and also a sauna. You may have neighbors below you and to your sides. This unit is NOT pet friendly and pets are not allowed. If you bring a pet against policy rules, you will be charged a $250 pet fee penalty. SERVICE ANIMALS: If you are bringing a service animal to one of our rental properties that do not allow pets we would appreciate you letting us know. This is to prevent you with any questions regarding your service animal.
