The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. Two additional guest bedrooms offer comfortable beds, ceiling fans, ample storage, and easy access to full bathrooms. Upstairs, the loft provides extra living space with a sofa, TV, coffee table, mini refrigerator, cabinets, and a Nest thermostat—ideal for relaxing or accommodating additional guests. The home includes two full bathrooms plus a convenient half bath, along with a private laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the private front patio with a natural gas fire pit and seating area, as well as a Weber natural gas BBQ grill located just off the kitchen—perfect for outdoor dining and evening gatherings. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the community’s resort-style heated pool and spa, located at the clubhouse just steps from the home. ★ Is the community pool heated? ★ Yes. The community pool and spa are heated seasonally from October through May and are open daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. ★ Are pets allowed? ★ Yes. Small dogs are permitted with a $150 pet fee per pet. Please ensure pets are supervised and follow community rules. ★ What is the parking situation? ★ Guests may park up to two vehicles in the garage. Additional parking is available on the street and at the back of the property. ★ Are there noise restrictions? ★ Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. ★ Are parties or events allowed? ★ No. Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are strictly prohibited. ★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★ Subject to availability.
