The Primary Suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, while the den offers flexible space for work, relaxation, or extra guests. With in-unit washer and dryer, central A/C, and modern upgrades, Casa Ventana combines convenience and style. Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate. Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. We charge $50 fee for LOST key card or clubhouse key Pets are not allowed. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled. High-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house. The home also features use of the garage, AMPLE PARKING in front and provided neighborhood patrol. Trash is located on the right side of the beginning of the driveway where there's a mini gate. Please remove used bedding and leave in the laundry area. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
