Metro Santa Lucía is a short walk, Barrio Lastarria about fifteen minutes on foot, and the building has a rooftop pool for the summer and a gym. Works for two couples or a small family.

Kitchen Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, with cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace A table and chairs with a view over the city. In the building Rooftop pool open December to March, 10:00 to 20:00 (closed Mondays), a gym, a shared terrace with tables and lounges. Lift and front desk. No parking with this flat; paid options are available outside the building. There is no laundry in the building.
