Please note that city regulations prohibit more than 8 people overnight in the unit at any given time. 🚗 Parking Free street parking is available for your convenience. 🎉 Gatherings To ensure a peaceful environment for all tenants and neighbors, we have a strict "No Party" policy in place. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, and ensure that all guests in your party respect these guidelines. 🚭 Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the unit. A minimum $250 penalty fee will be charged if smoking is detected during your stay. 🔞 Minimum Age Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the duration of the stay. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 🔒 Security For your security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras to deter package theft and prevent parties. Inside the unit, we use noise monitoring devices to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late. 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
