The ocean views are stunning from any point in the house, but the real gem is the private beach access. The deck of Bahama Tease has stairs the land directly on the sand. No walking to and from the beach because the beach is right there. The lower level features a beautifully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. Just steps away, the dining area offers breathtaking ocean vistas that continue into the spacious living area, providing dinner with a view. A luxurious king master bedroom with an ensuite bath invites you to relax. Upstairs, more ocean views greet you from two of the elegantly appointed bedrooms, including a king and queen room. You'll find two additional full baths in the hallway, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The remaining bedrooms cater to every need, from a room with both a queen and twin bed to a bunk room that sleeps several guests comfortably. Every corner of this home is designed for a relaxing and memorable stay, making it the perfect getaway for families and friends alike. Head to Oak Island for your family vacation! Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
