Excellent apartment with great location just 1 block from downtown La Fortuna, very comfortable king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, A/C unit, private bathroom with hot water, fan, High speed WIFI (50/50 Megabytes - Optic fiber), amenities, Smart TV (IPTV, Star Plus, Netflix, Prime Video & Disney), washing machine and private parking. The apartment was upgraded last September 2021, add the washing machine, a desk and a chair; now is bigger and more comfortable. Great apartment just 1 block away from downtown Fortuna; it has parking lot, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot water, comfortable double bed, A/C unit, fan, desk and WIFI. Guest will have access to all apartment and parking lot, located just in front of the apartment. We have an office in downtown La Fortuna, you can look us as The House of Tours where our guests for can come and we will provide a quick welcome information about the area, also we have excellent rates for all the tours in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we are open everyday from 8 AM to 7 PM. The office is located by the central park, central location and good parking area. We will be available every day 8 AM to 6 PM for our guests in our office and we have a cellphone number that works 24/7 in case of any issues or any information you need. Is downtown La Fortuna it still keeps nice and calm; the best thing is the location from the main road is 50 meters so you will feel close but not right next to the road. Walking is possible around town! Also you can walk to the waterfall and El Salto natural pool. If you go to the Arenal Volcano you must take a cab or a guided tour that includes transportation.
