Excellent apartment in the center of La Fortuna, you will have access to the town by walking only 3 blocks but it is located away from the main road next to a small stream so you can rest from your daily adventures. If you need to work we have a desk and chair in the living room area, our 100/100 mega fiber optic connection is perfect, also on both balconies you will find the option to sit down and work while enjoying the hummingbirds jumping from one flower to another. The apartment was made from a shipping container, in October 2022 we made it bigger so that our guests are more comfortable, we added an extra large bed (King size), a private jacuzzi, another balcony with high chairs overlooking the garden, a 58-inch smart TV with IPTV. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, full bathroom with hot water, gated property with electric gate, safe and private parking. We have a laundry area available for our guests, there is a washing machine, soap and each apartment has a portable clothesline. The laundry room is located in the middle of the two apartments on the property and our guests can use it from 8 AM to 8 PM.
