This is one of the larger one bedroom units and sleeps 4. It has an upgraded full kitchen with granite counters and bar stools overlooking the kitchen. King size bed in the bedroom and wall mounted TV is perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Pull out bed in living room with TV. This family friendly unit also offers a bassinet and toddler dining chair. Steps from the elevator make it super easy to get to the chairlift. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink. Washing machines and dryers are located on every floor. Unit is located on 2nd floor in the Slopeside building facing The Village and Continental Divide. For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding. Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $30/ per vehicle per day). The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.
