Clean, private and plenty of ice from the refrigerator. I loved pulling the lounge chair into the little yard under the shade of the palm trees. We could hear surf the whole time. Only heard luau music from Sheraton next door on Monday and Wednesday and it concluded around 8pm. Definitely recommend for a relaxing, lovely, and private condo. Enjoyed it very much!! Management was was quick and friendly, responding to my inquiries.Beachfront location is very nice EXCEPT people walking right in front of the lanai/front yard! They need to block off that access!!
