Completely PRIVATE for your stay! >Balcony that looks over the marsh with amazing sunset views >Only a few minutes to everything including downtown, beach, the AMP, Alligator Farm, Lighthouse and more! Sunset Suite is complete with: BEDROOM- Furnished with King bed, large closet FULL BATHROOM- Full bathroom with large vanity and walk in shower HALF BATHROOM FULL KITCHEN- Complete with stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, and more. Attached dining space for 4. LIVING ROOM- Living area with cozy leather couch, lounger, and smart tv. DECK- Private deck that looks out to the waterfront and pool deck [OUTDOOR SPACE] POOL- Large swimming pool on the waterfront WATERFRONT DOCK- Spacious deck to enjoy sunsets and fishing. Catch red fish. flounder, and more! FIRE TABLE- Fire table with seating on the waterfront COOKING- Wood burning oven and grill to add options to your meal selections during your stay SWING BED- A private swing bed to lounge in out of the sun, next to the pool deck PARKING- Off street parking in 2 separate driveways for up to 6-8 cars, with additional parking in the garage. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay) **This listing is for the 1 bedroom suite ONLY.
