BookSmart Properties presents: Spyglass! This beautiful and spacious home just steps away from the ocean will have you in a beachy state of mind! The home is packed with fantastic features and is the perfect vacation getaway! Offering 6 bedrooms (four with private suite baths), 5.5 baths, sparkling private pool, spa, game room, and ocean views. We are located in the desirable Ocean Sands Community, providing special access to tennis courts and a short drive to restaurants and local shops! - Large private outdoor pool area with seating and picnic table - Heated salt water pool (Optional Pool Heat fee of $75 per night or $500 for the week) - Upper and lower decks with seating - Hot tub - Game room with foosball, billiards and tv - Private driveway with covered carport and basketball hoop - Breakfast bar and full dining table - Full kitchen with utensils and appliances - Indoor gas fireplace (decorative only) - Outdoor shower - Community tennis court access -1 min walk to beach access onto Corolla Beach -5 min drive to Wild Horse Adventure Tours -6 min drive to OBX Arcade and Pinball -5 min drive to Harris Teeter Supermarket -5 min drive to Food Lion -5 min drive to Timbuck II Shopping Village Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150. The pool will be open from 4/1 - 11/1. The pool is salt water and heated! If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate. Pool heat fee is $75 per night or $500 for the week. The hot tub will be open year-round. The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
