Additionally the upstairs features: 51 Inch Smart TV A deck to enjoy the great views, Propane BBQ A full laundry room with washer and dryer Half Bath off the great room Primary Suite with Cal King bed, full bath (separate jetted tub and shower) Downstairs Features: Family room with comfortable seating and a TV Foosball Table Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed (double down, single above) and a separate twin bed Bedroom 3 with a queen bed Bedroom 4 with two twin bunk beds Full Bath The family room has a slider to the fully fenced backyard and hot tub.
