This spacious and sunny old Florida cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an open concept kitchen living room area that opens into a spacious patio. Recent upgrades have been made to the property including new living and dining furniture and new carpets in the bedrooms. Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes, this is a unique property on Captiva. Deeded private beach access to Turner Beach just a few houses down. On September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing. Pet fee of $100 per pet, please contact us to arrange to make the pet fee payment. Please note this is the guest house of a larger complex on Captiva and is located at the very front of the property. with the remaining home located all the way at the back of the property. The two homes share one entrance from the road. Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
