It’s quiet and not densely populated here, yet still quite convenient to the Captiva Village center with its shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious and enjoys a nice beachfront patio with a dining area, plus an open sun deck directly overlooking the beach. There’s a private hot shower outdoors – great after swimming! Sea Grapes has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the main level is the primary bedroom (king bed) with an en-suite bathroom including a step-in oversize shower with a glass door. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and shares the guest full bathroom with a tub shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms (one with tub shower and one with a step-in shower). A pleasant sitting area has a mini-bar with a fridge, and a quiet nook facing the beach is perfect for reading.
