All bedrooms are located on the upper level, providing privacy and a quiet separation from the main living spaces. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and TVs and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A full-size, front-load washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level. The primary suite offers a comfortable retreat, featuring a king bed, TV, and fireplace. The ensuite bathroom includes a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, along with a spacious walk-in closet. The primary bedroom also opens to a private outdoor deck with seating, an ideal spot to enjoy San Diego’s beautiful skies or unwind with a glass of wine. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply). • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
