There is an electric wood-burner for cooler evenings, as well as a farmhouse dining table and plenty of modern appliances in the kitchen. Through a set of French doors, you'll find a well-maintained communal garden with garden bench and table. Please note that the garden is not completely enclosed for dogs. Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed and another a twin setup. Both share a family bathroom with a bath and shower. 1 well behaved dog is welcome with a fee of £20. It is on the condition they are not allowed upstairs, on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms. One free private parking space is provided. The cottage is situated in the pretty village of Penhallow, but you're just over a mile away from the bustling seaside town of Perranporth. The beach boasts over 3 miles of sand and brilliant surf, and is RNLI life guarded throughout the year. The town itself has a great array of pubs, restaurants and cafes should you wish to dine out on your stay. Alternatively, there is a local pub just 5-minutes walk away. One of the highlights of the cottage is that you're in a prime spot to venture out onto the South West Coastal Path. To the south is St Agnes, a gorgeous village and beach, and to the north is Newquay and Fistral Beach. There are ample activities to enjoy on your stay; whether it's relaxing on the beach or conquering a beautiful hike. Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 1). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms.
