Centrally located, the cottage is less than five minutes’ walk to the estuary, the High Street, pubs, restaurants, and the train station, making it ideal for both a car-free stay or further adventures. Enjoy beautiful walks along the Goat Walk or the Exe Estuary Trail, which stretches to Exmouth and Exeter - perfect for cycling or scenic strolls. A 15–20-minute walk takes you to Dart’s Farm, a popular shopping and food destination with local produce, boutique stores, and a kids’ play area (the best fish and chips around!). The Topsham Ferry across to the Turf Locks pub is a must-do, especially on sunny afternoons. The property is located on a road which has a 20mph limit, so it is not a fast road. Traffic is minimal at night time but you should expect some noise in the day. The benefit of this that it is centrally located with all amenities within easy walking distance.
