As soon as I sent a message to the host, they responded by sending a local technician right away, who set up temporary portable AC’s. The following day, they sent a proper AC subcontractor who fixed whatever the issue was, and the AC was ice cold from them onward. Really top marks for responsiveness and communication. Otherwise the place was exactly as advertised. Clean, instructions were clear, community was great, etc. Mahalo for your review. Stay was nice, condo was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The condo at Regency at Poʻipu Kai was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious, clean and had the desired amenities. The full-sized bathroom shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotion were an added touch. The amply filled containers with washer and dish washer pods were also appreciated. The king-sized bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and cozy. The master bath was quite large and
