Upstairs, you'll find a second hang out spot with a couch and a projector! When it's time for bed, choose between our 4 bedrooms: (1) The first primary bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, a dresser, and an attached bathroom with a vanity. (2) The second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom upstairs has two Twin beds, a closet, and an attached bathroom. (4) The fourth bedroom upstairs has a couch that pulls out into a Queen bed, a closet, a desk/chair and a nearby bathroom. Centrally located with easy interstate access the home is in a brand-new neighborhood. ★ Not pet-friendly. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
