This vacation style home accommodates up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Large windows that look out over the water help make this home bright with natural light and a great deck makes star gazing perfect on a clear New Hampshire night. Loosen up in the game room and show off your skills on the ping pong or Foosball table. Recline on the beach and let your worries wash away or explore the pond in the canoe or paddle boat provided at this home. ***Please note, there are some rocks in the pond at this location. A swim dock (summer only), canoe and paddle boat are provided for guest enjoyment of the pond.*** The main level of this house consists of an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room complete with waterfront views. There are also 2 bedrooms and a full bath with shower. The second level is the master suit with queen bed and private full bath. The finished basement includes the 4th bedroom with double bed and game room with ping pong table and Foosball. Check-In: Will take place at a local Real Estate office any time after 4:00pm – Specific instructions and addresses will be emailed upon booking confirmation ***THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING*** Amenities include: Dishwasher, DVD player, TV w/ ROKU (guest can log into their own accounts for NETFLIX, YouTube TV and Prime Video), VCR, fireplace, ping pong table, Foosball table, canoe, paddle boat, gas grill and high speed internet. First Level: Living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with double (sleeps 2), bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4), and full bath with shower. Second Level: Master bedroom with queen and private full bath (sleeps 2). Finished basement: Family room w/ ping pong and Foosball table and bedroom with double. Available for summer, fall and spring short term rentals. Note: We do not supply sheets or towels for your stay; However, blankets comforters and pillows are provided at the property.
