The main level also includes a full bath and deck with table and chairs. The lower level offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), the second bedroom has 2 twin size bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the master bedroom offers a king size bed (sleeps 2) with private master bath. The lower level also includes the 3rd full bath as well as washing machine and dryer. BONUS LOCK OUT: For an additional nightly rate you can reserve a charming cabin just steps from the main house. This cabin is perfect for up to two people with queen bed, fridge, microwave, Keurig and full bathroom with shower. If interested in this bonus cabin, please contact us directly for a quote. Cabin can only be rented in addition to main rental unit. The house sits on 5 wooded acres with shared outdoor space including clay tennis court and water frontage on Chocorua Lake with large dock. For added convenience, the owners have provided guests with 3 single person kayaks (shared) to enjoy on the lake during the warmer seasons. Frank Bolles Nature Preserve is close by, where you can enjoy hiking and biking trails as well as swimming, picnicking and fishing (license required). If you are looking for a little New England charm, we would suggest taking a ride down Main Street to the Tamworth Lyceum for a great lunch or catch a show at the Barnstormers Theater. The property is 17 miles from North Conway, NH and about 30 miles from Meredith, NH on Lake Winnipesaukee. ***This property is a duplex with only one side available for rental and the other side is owner occupied.
