The condo is in an unbeatable location, right on the famous 5th Avenue pedestrian walk street, with tons to see and do like boutique and souvenir shops, open-air malls, cafes, eateries, bars, street performers, and loads of people-watching! You’ll be near popular beach clubs like Mamitas and Coralina, near convenience stores like OXXO & 7-11, and 3 blocks from the new Selecto Súper Chedraui grocery store. *Please note that because this property is right on 5th Ave there is potential for noise until the early morning hours because there is a bars/clubs downstairs. However, we've installed noise-reducing windows that cut the street noise by over 75%. Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, beach & bath towels, and a designated parking spot are all provided free during your stay. There is no daily housekeeping service however, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service for stays of over 7 nights. Long-term stays are available. There’s a dedicated workspace inside. Great for the remote worker! Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 28 days or more. A meter reading is recorded on the day of arrival and again on the day of check out. Electricity for longer stays is charged at a fixed rate of 5.22 pesos per kWh. The consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID at check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - It is requested to use the safe box in the rental for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft. - Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of speakers & music devices in common areas is prohibited. Glassware, food, and coolers are not allowed in the pool, and the use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
