Just let us know! - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - Please use the safe box for all your valuables.
