The upstairs level features the 3rd guest room with a Twin bed that has a pull out trundle bed and the large master suite with a King bed which also offers a private rooftop deck. Bring the whole family and enjoy Sanibel living at it's finest! Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds & 1 pull-out Twin to King trundle bed (sleeps 8), 2 Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed & partially covered lanai patio, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, driveway parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
