From here, you are just a short walk to Captiva Village with its dining, shopping, and entertainment. The Home Sunset Captiva #16 has been newly remodeled with a modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. The open, airy floor plan flows onto a wrap-around porch, surrounded by tropical landscaping that creates a peaceful, private setting. A ground-level beach room with a private outdoor shower (hot and cold water) makes returning from the Gulf simple and refreshing.
