Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/soaking tub combo. This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a 3rd-floor, walk-up unit with 16 steps required. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Portable crib provided. • This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees. • The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
