THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a 3rd-floor, walk-up unit with 16 steps required. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees. • The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
