This 5 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle! It has plenty of space for family gatherings. All bedrooms are built to provide a comfortable night's sleep. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped to cook and prepare your favorite dish. Check out our lovely backyard with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy. We are just 15 minutes from downtown. Family and friends welcome. We are pet friendly with a fee. Come book with us and we are excited to host you soon! Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital key. From the entryway the living room is straight ahead, the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen and one bedroom are to the left, and the additional four bedrooms are down the hall to the right. The living room has a comfy sofa bed and Smart TV, the bedrooms all have comfortable beds, and the kitchen has every thing you need to prepare meals! Pack-N-Play available upon request. Vacuum available upon request. This house is conveniently located in a residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. Only 15 minutes from downtown. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
