This apartment is part of a converted home that has been turned into a quad-plex. The porch and outdoor seating area is shared with other guests. This is one of the second floor apartments in a converted historic home with four apartments total. Some guests have mentioned the stairs might be a little steep. Guests will enter the building through the front door after parking behind the building. Once inside the front door, there are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and a twin, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a queen sofa bed and couch in the living room. There are two full bathrooms with showers. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. This is a second floor apartment in a renovated historic home. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. This home does have wi-fi available but does not have an ethernet connection.
