Perched on the top 8th floor of Bantay, this is the tower's standout unit — standout decor and a rare private outdoor kitchen where you can cook and entertain with panoramic views of Bucerías Bay as your backdrop. From sunrise coffees to sunset cocktails, the balcony and outdoor kitchen become the natural gathering point for the whole group. During whale season (December–March) you can spot whales passing right from where you're sitting. Bantay is located in Los Picos, a peaceful, upscale beachfront enclave just northwest of downtown Bucerías. The vibe here is quiet, laid-back, and residential—ideal for relaxing days and sunset strolls.
